Pickup price:

The pickup price is a set fee and is paid for separately at the time you order your pickup. The pickup price covers the removal of green/mixed waste up to the weight limits set for each size Mighty Bin, as shown below :

1 cubic metre - $129 (including GST)* [200kgs]

2 cubic metre - $149 (including GST)* [350kgs]

3 cubic metre - $169 (including GST)* [500kgs]

Additional fees apply where the allowable weight is exceeded at the rate of $11 per 100kg. Each Mighty Bin is weighed when it is picked up.

New Ideas: Mighty Bins are not just useful for disposing of rubbish. Our customers are constantly coming up with new ways to use Mighty Bins. Did you know that Mighty Bins make excellent storage containers for the garage and can be used to store all sorts of things like gym equipment, tools, boxes and home handyman equipment.

Other customers have told us that they use their Mighty Bin as a permanent gardening bag which they leave outside and fill up with lawn clippings, cuttings and weeds when they do their garden each week. When the Mighty Bin is full they simply get it picked up or take it to the tip themselves. Because they own their Mighty Bin they can take as long as they like to fill it up without it costing them anything in hire fees. Some customers are using Mighty Bins for their veggie gardens. They simply turn down the sides and put soil in the bottom 300mm and then plant their veggies..

Using Mighty Bins to carry camping equipment or fishing gear are other ways that our customers are finding to make good use of their Mighty Bins.
